How leads get assigned
When a new lead comes in, STEIV texts the customer right away and notifies your salespeople. If nobody claims the lead in time, it rolls to the next person on the rotation.
Fair round-robin spreads leads evenly across available salespeople. Manual availability toggle and the daily schedule still take priority.
How long a salesperson has to reply CLAIM before the lead rolls to the next person. 5 minutes is typical.
After this many people decline (or time out), the manager gets pinged. 3 is typical.
